Classification: Lacrima di Morro D'Alba Superiore
Deep dark red color. Intense aromas of white flowers narcissus jasmine, lavender, clotted notes of green lemon and grapefruit fused with blackberry jam.
Full palate with hints of aromatic roasted coffee and dark chocolate with a tannin suspended in the center mouth that accompanies and supports the wine, leaving a soft, velvety aftertaste result of a careful and "discrete" aging in barrels, with a choice of wood suited to develop fruit without invading the authenticity of the grape.
Wine suitable for pasta dishes in the oven roasted meats, game and ripe cheeses, oily fish and valley.
